Refund & Return Policy

We want every Cozzle order to feel like a small, perfect treat. If something is not right, we will make it right — here is exactly how returns, replacements, and refunds work.

The Short Version

  • 30 days to return most items, unused and in their original packaging.
  • Damaged or defective? Send a photo within 7 days and we will replace it free.
  • Opened hygiene items (eye pillows, eye masks, socks) can be exchanged or credited, not refunded.
  • Refunds land back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return.

30-Day Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will refund the product price to your original payment method.

Hygiene Items

For everyone’s comfort and safety, items that touch your eyes or feet — including eye pillows, eye masks, and socks — cannot be refunded once opened or used. Where the law allows, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit instead. Unopened hygiene items in their original sealed packaging follow the normal 30-day return policy.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or something is defective, we are sorry — and we will fix it quickly. Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging, and we will send a free replacement. No need to ship anything back unless we ask.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the return is due to our error — for example, a wrong, damaged, or defective item — in which case we cover it. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, since we cannot refund returns that never reach us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm and issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. If it has been longer than 10 business days since your refund confirmation email, let us know and we will track it down.

Exchanges and Store Credit

Prefer a different item? Mention it when you email us and we will set up an exchange or store credit instead of a refund — whichever feels right to you.

How to Start a Return

  • We will reply with the return address and simple instructions, usually within one business day.
  • Please do not send a return without contacting us first — unannounced packages can get lost, and we want to be watching for yours.
