Shipping & orders

How long until my order arrives?

We pack and process orders within 2–5 business days, and US delivery takes another 8–15 business days. So most cozy parcels land on your doorstep within about 10–20 business days of ordering. You’ll get a confirmation email the moment your order ships.

How much is shipping?

US shipping is a flat $5.95 — and it’s free on orders of $50 or more. (Yes, that’s an excellent excuse to add the eye pillow.) The full details live in our Shipping Policy.

Where do you ship?

Right now we ship within the United States. We’d love to send cozy further afield someday — join our newsletter and you’ll be the first to know when we do.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Give the link 24–48 hours to wake up and start updating. If it’s been longer than that, or anything looks off, email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll chase it down for you.

Heat, scent & care

How do I heat my plush safely?

Gently — that’s the whole trick. Always follow the care card that comes with your specific product (times vary by size and fill), and use these rules of thumb:

  • Place the plush (or its inner warming pouch, if it has one) on a clean, microwave-safe plate in a clean microwave.
  • Microwaves at 700W or below: heat for 60–90 seconds. Microwaves at 800–1000W: heat for 45–60 seconds. Never exceed 90 seconds in one session.
  • Start short. You can always add 15-second bursts — you can’t un-overheat a plush.
  • Stay with the microwave while it heats; never leave it unattended.
  • Knead the plush to distribute the warmth, then test it against your inner arm before resting it on your skin — it should feel warm and lovely, never hot.
  • Let it cool completely (at least an hour) before reheating, and never reheat a plush that’s already warm.
  • Always supervise children using a warmed plush, and check the temperature for them first.
  • Never heat a plush that’s damp, damaged, or leaking fill.

Can I use it cold instead?

Absolutely. Pop the plush or eye pillow into a sealed bag and rest it in the freezer for 1–2 hours. A chilled eye pillow may help soothe puffy eyes and ease tension after a long day — it’s our favorite warm-weather trick.

How long does the lavender scent last?

With regular use, the natural lavender stays noticeable for many months — often six or more. To get the most out of it: knead or scrunch the insert before warming (this releases the oils), and store it in a drawer or closed container between uses. When the scent eventually mellows, add 1–2 drops of pure lavender essential oil to the inner filling pouch — never directly onto the plush fabric — and let it absorb for a few hours before warming.

What are Cozzle products made of?

Soft, cuddle-grade plush outers (typically a velvety polyester), with warming inserts filled with natural flaxseed and dried lavender. Weighted pieces use evenly distributed fill such as flaxseed or glass microbeads. Exact materials for each item are listed on its product page.

How do I clean my plush?

Spot-clean the outer with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then air dry fully. If your product has a removable cover, it can be hand-washed cold and air dried. Never submerge, machine-wash, or tumble-dry a heatable insert — wet fill and microwaves are not friends.

Comfort & safety

Are weighted products safe for everyone?

Weighted comforts are designed for adults and older children who can easily move and remove them on their own. They are not for infants or toddlers, must never be placed on or near a sleeping baby, and shouldn’t be used by anyone who can’t freely lift the weight themselves. If you have respiratory, circulation, or other health concerns, check with your doctor before using weighted products.

Will a Cozzle plush help with my stress or sleep?

Here’s our honest answer: warmth, gentle weight, and lavender are time-honored comforts, and many people find they may help relieve everyday tension and may help ease the wind-down before bed. What we won’t do is promise miracles — Cozzle products are comfort items, not medical devices, and for any health concern your doctor is the right person to ask.

Can I send Cozzle as a gift?

Please do — we were practically made for it. Every order ships in our warm, branded packaging, so it’s gift-ready straight out of the mailbox. Add your message in the order notes at checkout and we’ll include it with the order.

My order arrived damaged or isn’t right — what do I do?

Oh no — let’s fix it. Email [email protected] with your order number and a quick photo of what arrived, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund. Cozy that shows up less than perfect is not the Cozzle experience.
