Here is everything about how your Cozzle order gets from us to your doorstep — honestly, and in plain English.
The Short Version
- Orders are processed in 2–5 business days.
- U.S. delivery typically takes 8–15 business days after shipping.
- Shipping is a flat $5.95, and free on orders of $50 or more.
- You will get a tracking email the moment your order ships.
- We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing Time
We process and pack orders within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email right away, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your package is on its way.
Delivery Time
Orders typically arrive within 8–15 business days after they ship. We would rather be honest than optimistic: during peak periods — the holiday season, big sales, or carrier disruptions — delivery can take up to 20 business days. If your order is time-sensitive, ordering a little early is always the cozier choice.
Shipping Rates
- Flat-rate shipping: $5.95 per order, anywhere in the U.S.
- Free shipping on orders of $50 or more — automatically applied at checkout, no code needed.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Delivery estimates above apply to the contiguous U.S.; Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take a few extra days. We hope to offer international shipping in the future, and we will update this page when we do.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and link. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan after the label is created — if it looks quiet at first, that is normal.
Address Changes
Need to fix a typo or change your delivery address? Email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. We can usually update an address within 12 hours of your order being placed, as long as it has not yet been packed or shipped. Once a package has shipped, we are unable to redirect it, and we cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address — so please double-check it at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
Packages occasionally wander. Here is what to do:
- If your tracking has not moved for 7 or more days, email [email protected] with your order number and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.
- If tracking shows “delivered” but nothing has arrived, give it 2 days (carriers sometimes scan early), and check with household members, neighbors, your mailbox area, and any parcel room or front desk.
- Still missing? Email us. Once a package is confirmed lost, we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
